What does the Warmwell Hand Wrap do?

It combines three things in one cordless wrap: gentle warmth (three levels), red and near-infrared light (660 nm and 850 nm), and soft massage (three modes). Most people use it for about fifteen minutes as a relaxing daily ritual, with a coffee in the morning or in front of the TV in the evening.

Is it only for the thumb?

A thumb loop holds it in place at the base of the thumb, and the wrap also covers the palm and wrist. It fits the left or right hand.

How do I use it?

Slip your thumb through the loop, wrap the strap around your hand and hold the heat button for three seconds to switch it on. A short press changes the heat level or the massage mode. When you're done, hold the button for three seconds to switch it off.

How warm does it get?

There are three heat levels. We recommend starting on the lowest setting and moving up only if it feels comfortable. Don't use it while sleeping, and don't use it on skin that is broken or irritated.

Is red light the same as UV?

No. Red and near-infrared light are not ultraviolet light, so they don't tan or burn the skin the way the sun can. Please don't look directly into the lights.

Is it safe for everyone?

If you have reduced feeling in your hands, diabetes or nerve damage, are pregnant, have an implanted device or a medical condition, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, please ask your doctor before using it.

How long does the battery last?

It's rechargeable with the included USB cable, and a full charge lasts several sessions.
